When you access the website, browse our content, submit an inquiry, or enter into a contract with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you are using the website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and the term you as used in this document will refer to that organization.

We may ask you to affirm acceptance of these Terms when you first use certain features, such as the contact form. By proceeding, you accept these Terms without modification. If at any time you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the website and the services.

2. About Our Company

Our business details, which are relevant to these Terms, are set out below. This information forms part of the agreement between you and us.

A A Premium Steel Erectors LLC

6649 S Cassidy Ln, West Jordan - 84084-2010, United States (US)

We operate within the professional, scientific, and technical services sector, with particular expertise in computer integrated systems design and in the erection, assembly, and repair of structural steel. Our website describes these services, provides our contact information, and offers visitors the opportunity to request estimates and to communicate with our team. These Terms govern that website activity and any related engagement with our company.

3. Eligibility and Use of the Website

You must be at least eighteen years of age and legally able to form a binding contract in order to use our services and to submit information through our website. By using the website, you confirm that you meet these requirements. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information whenever you contact us and to keep any information you provide up to date.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the website by, any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, interfere with its proper operation, introduce malicious software, or attempt to probe or scan its vulnerabilities.

4. Quotes, Estimates, and Proposals

When you request an estimate, we may prepare a proposal based on the information you provide. A proposal is an invitation to enter into a contract and does not, by itself, create any binding obligation on either party. Any figures, quantities, or timelines shown in a proposal are subject to confirmation and to the results of our review of the project drawings and site conditions.

We will only begin work after both parties have signed a formal contract that defines the scope, price, schedule, and other commercial terms. Any estimate provided before that point is informational only. You should not rely on an estimate until the contract has been fully executed, because final pricing may be affected by matters revealed during a detailed review.

5. Scope of Services

Our services include, but are not limited to, structural steel erection, metal building assembly, welding and fabrication support, rebar and reinforcement placement, crane and rigging coordination, and repair and retrofit works, together with related engineering support and project coordination. The precise scope of any engagement will be defined by the contract signed between the parties.

We perform our services in accordance with the applicable contract documents, approved shop and erection drawings, and the recognized standards of the structural steel industry. Unless expressly agreed in writing, our services do not include the design of the structure, the provision of engineering stamped drawings, the supply of manufactured steel, or the work of other trades. Any change to the agreed scope must be documented in a written change order approved by both parties.

You retain responsibility for the elements of the project that are outside our agreed scope, including the correctness of the structural design, the timely supply of fabricated steel and connection materials, the completion of prerequisite work by other trades, and the availability of a safe and suitable site. We will cooperate fully with your engineer and general contractor, and we will promptly advise you of anything we observe that could affect the safety or quality of the work, so that concerns can be addressed before they become problems.

6. Site Conditions and Access

The proper performance of our work depends on the condition of the site and on access that allows our crews, cranes, and equipment to operate safely and efficiently. You are responsible for providing a site that is prepared for our arrival, including a stable and level working area for cranes, clear access routes, and the necessary utilities and permissions to allow us to carry out the work.

Where the actual site conditions differ materially from those anticipated at the time of the contract, or where the site is not made available in the condition we need, additional work and cost may result, and the schedule may need to be adjusted. Any such changed conditions will be handled through the change order process described in these Terms.

7. Schedule, Delays, and Delays in the Work

We will make reasonable efforts to complete the work within the schedule stated in the contract. The schedule depends on many factors that are outside our control, including weather, material availability, prior trade completion, site access, and the coordination of other contractors. We are not responsible for delays caused by such factors.

If our performance is delayed by the client, by other parties, or by events beyond our reasonable control, the schedule and price may be adjusted fairly. We will promptly document any delay and notify you of its effect. Conversely, if you believe our work is causing a delay, we will review the matter and work with you to bring the schedule back on track where reasonably possible.

8. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services will be set out in the contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pricing is quoted on a fixed basis for the defined scope or on a time and materials basis, or a combination of both, as the contract provides. Prices may be subject to applicable taxes, which we will itemize on invoices as required by law.

Payment terms, progress billings, retainage, and milestone payments will be as stated in the contract. Invoices are payable in full by the due date shown. If a payment is overdue, we may suspend work until the account is brought current, and we may charge interest at the rate permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms obliges us to accept any payment schedule that we have not agreed to in writing.

We will provide invoices that clearly set out the work performed, the rates or amounts applied, and any applicable taxes. If you believe an invoice contains an error, you are encouraged to notify us promptly and in writing, and we will review the matter and, where the error is confirmed, issue a corrected invoice. Overdue accounts may be required to be settled before our crews mobilize for a subsequent phase, and deposits or progress payments required by the contract are due on the dates stated regardless of the progress of the project if that progress has been delayed by the client.

9. Warranties

We warrant that the work we perform will be carried out in a competent and workmanlike manner, in accordance with the contract documents and applicable industry standards. To the extent that our work is performed on materials or structures that we did not fabricate or design, our warranty extends only to our own field work and not to any latent defects in those materials or structures.

Any warranty provided in the contract will be stated explicitly in writing. Except for the warranties expressly stated in the contract and in these Terms, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no other warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent that our work relies on drawings or materials supplied by you or by your engineer, our warranty does not extend to the accuracy or completeness of those drawings or to the quality of materials we did not select. We will, however, flag any obvious conflict or deficiency we notice during our review so that it can be resolved before it affects the work. Should any part of our field work be found defective within the warranty period, we will, at our option, correct the defect or reimburse the reasonable cost of correction, as the contract provides.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, neither party will be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of use, or damage to or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with the website or the services, whether such liability arises in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services or the website, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the total amount paid or payable by you for the specific services to which the claim relates. Where the services are provided with no payment, our maximum liability is limited to a modest administrative amount. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

11. Insurance and Safety

We maintain workers compensation, general liability, and other insurance coverage as required by law and as may be stated in the contract, and we will provide certificates of insurance upon reasonable request. All of our field work is performed with a strong commitment to the safety of our crews, our client personnel, and the public, in accordance with occupational safety regulations and our own safety program.

We expect that every person who visits our active work sites will observe all applicable safety requirements, including the use of required personal protective equipment and the following of issued instructions. You are responsible for ensuring that your personnel and visitors comply with these requirements while on site.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the arrangement and design of the pages, is the property of A A Premium Steel Erectors LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download material from the website for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any part of the website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the website or its content.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website to engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You must not submit any false, misleading, or fraudulent information, and you must not attempt to impersonate any other person or organization.

You must not upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code, and you must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or disable the website or its servers. We reserve the right to restrict or remove any content or to suspend any user who violates these provisions, without notice and without liability.

14. Termination

These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the website or are engaged with us, and they survive the completion or termination of any particular contract to the extent necessary to give effect to their remaining provisions. We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, with or without cause, and we may remove or disable access to any content we deem inappropriate.

Where a project contract is terminated, the terms of that contract will govern the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the work performed, payments made, and any work in progress. This agreement will continue to apply to any surviving obligations, including warranties, limitations of liability, and confidentiality commitments.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this page. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, post a notice on the website. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically so that you are aware of any changes.

Your continued use of the website or our services after any modified Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the website and our services.

17. Contact Us

If you have any questions about these Terms, you may contact us at any of the following. We will be pleased to assist you with any request for clarification concerning our services, our pricing, or the meaning of any provision of these Terms.
